All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Canada: 7–15 business days

• United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

• Europe: 7–20 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days

• International Orders: 10–25 business days

Please note that these delivery estimates do not include customs clearance delays, which may occur in some countries.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking information, when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Proxyhair™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Proxyhair™ is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by shipping carriers. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues.
